Marie Gott, 65, of this community, died at 3 p.m. Monday in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Helen Ward of Hillsboro. A native of Warren County, she was born Nov 18, 1897, to Smiley and Nettie May Ritenour. She married Lloyd Gott in Mellott Jan. 12, 1921. Mrs. Gott was a member of the North Church here. Funeral services are announced for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Crumley Funeral Home in Hillsboro, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Donald Cutts will be the officiating minister, and burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro. - kbz
